This research project was designed and implemented to improve agricultural production and enhance the capacity of farmers in Bamyan Province. For the first time in Bamyan, extensive and comprehensive research was conducted on 20 types of vegetables, 4 types of fruits, and 4 types of legumes. The objective of this project was to investigate and identify the best agricultural practices, improve the quality of products, and increase farmers’ incomes.
Results and Achievements: The project resulted in significant achievements. By conducting this research, farmers were able to produce higher quality products by using modern cultivation and maintenance methods. This not only helped improve their livelihoods but also increased the diversity of agricultural products in the local market.
Innovations: This project was recognized as an innovation in Bamyan Province and served as an effective collaboration between Bamyan University and the Directorate of Agriculture of Bamyan Province. This collaboration led to the development of scientific research in the agricultural sector and the enhancement of technical skills among farmers.
