The HSPO’s head office is located in Bamyan province. We have experience working with other Afghan communities in Daykundi, Logar, Kabul, Samangan, and Faryab. We have served people for more than two decades. People are in dire need, and continued support requires them to reduce their necessities, which have been obtained during the past decades of war.
