In 2024, HSPO implemented a poultry program funded by UNDP, benefiting 100 vulnerable women-headed households. To ensure the program’s sustainability, HSPO’s MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) team conducted a field visit in January 2025 to assess its impact and encourage families to continue improving their quality of life through the program. According to HSPO’s MEAL records, 70% of the families have successfully continued and even expanded this
livelihood activity, expressing satisfaction with the positive changes it has brought to their lives.
